Mark Kaplin is a professional session artist/ sound designer & composer. His main instrument has always been the electric guitar, but he expanded his musical range by learning the piano, the bass guitar, and drum & synth programming on the side.

Mark graduated in classical Harmony at the "Athena" conservatory in Athens, Greece and he proceeded studying Audio Engineering at the SAE institute located in Athens. He has a home studio, which he began building about a year and a half ago, and is constantly expanding it by adding more elements to it.

Mark fell in love with a fictional woman once. Ever since, she has been immortalized on his right arm in the form of a tattoo.​
